Bear Hunting

Being the only outfitter in the area, we have no competition from other hunters. Last
season our opportunity rate was 100% and success rate 75%. We hunt over baits from
the middle of May to the end of June. Hunters may use rifle, shotgun, or bow. Number of
tags are limited, so book your hunt soon.

This area has one of the heaviest moose populations in Quebec. Hunting season for bow is usually in the middle two weeks of September and gun season is the middle two weeks of October. Every odd year is bulls, cows and calves. Even years are bulls and calves only. Hunters are only allowed to take 1 moose per 2 hunters. We hunt a lot of open area so bring a big rifle. If you have an all-terrain vehicle, bring it with you. We have hundreds of miles of old logging roads to explore, you never know what you might see.

Bird Hunting

If you really want to have some fun, come up for a late season fishing trip and bring your shotgun. We offer spruce grouse and partridge hunting from the middle of September until the camp closes. It's also a great time to hook into some really big fish.
